Young Entrepreneur Keeps Growing Business With Retail Store

Mikka Kaulbach was just 14 when he first ventured into the business world, launching a small candy shop in his home. From there we went on to operate a successful kiosk at the Bridgewater Mall and now at age 17, he recently opened up a store front in the mall where he sells candy from all over the world.

The new retail space, right across from where his popular kiosk once was, opened up to the public last week. Mikka's Sweet Tooth Candy Shoppe carries everything you could be looking for, including many of those nostalgic candies you may remember from your childhood.

Mikka's advise to other young entrepreneurs is to not give up, even when there may be setbacks. He admits that being a full-time high school student and running a store can be challenging, but at this point he's looking forward to graduation this year and then having more time to dedicate to his growing business.

The Bridgewater and Area Chamber of Commerce wants to congratulate Mikka on reaching this exciting new milestone in his business, and encourages everyone to check out his new shop at the Bridgewater Mall.
