Make Your Move at Work- Lunchtime Walk

Join the "Make Your Move at Work" Lunchtime Walk! In coordination with MODL and the Healthy Tomorrow Foundation, we're excited to offer a fun, energizing way to bring more movement into your workday. Whether your workplace is just starting to prioritize physical activity or it's already a focus, this is a great opportunity to take the first steps—or the next steps—toward a healthier workplace.

Jennifer Naugler, our Executive Director will be joined by Mark Winfield, Walk leader with Lunenburg County Hikers. We will start at the Bridgewater Skate Park and we will walk, primarily in the woods on the Centennial Trail, passing by a nice creek. Trail is flat and easy. We will finish at the Barn Coffee shop .
