LUNCH & LEARN: Protect Yourself with Cyber Security & How to Recover from Disaster

This Lunch & Learn will take place at Pizza Delight from 12 - 1 pm on Thursday, July 28. There is a choice of Lunch Deals to choose from. Members pay $20. and non-members pay $25. This price includes taxes and gratuities. 

The presentation will be about cyber security, cloud computing and business continuity. It sounds like a lot but these subjects will flow together well, and should lead to more discussion.

Who should not miss this Lunch & Learn:

Small to medium size business would benefit the most, as they are the ones that generally have the least protection and the least resources to explore these muddy waters, but they also generally have the least amount of money to spend and are reluctant to enter into these conversations. I want to quash the idea that IT is not affordable. There are SO many options for businesses that want to curb the costs.

Large to enterprise companies have people on staff to mitigate these issues however there are many large businesses that I have come across that have no business continuity should a disaster strike. 

Any person / company that requires 100% up time (retail mostly for their Point of Sale), any company that currently stores everything in the cloud with no third party backup, or stores everything onsite with backups to USB sticks, or harddrives plugged into their own network.
