Human Resource Essentials

The Bridgewater and Area Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Department of Labour and Advanced Education, will be offering a comprehensive program on Human Resource Essentials.

This program is a fully funded program and is offered ONLINE. The program begins on Wednesday February 24 2021, from 1-4PM for 12 weeks/one day per week. Your employees are your best assets so let's try to hire the best we can. Time to take the “gut feel” out of hiring employees. Whether your business is small or large, hiring is always a vital part of your business success story. The Human Resource Essential program will cover many areas of getting the right employee.

Job analysis and job descriptions

The hiring process

Performance management

Human Resources best practices

Succession planning
