New Web Site for Bridgewater and Area Chamber of Commerce Launched

The new improved website for the Bridgewater and Area Chamber of Commerce was unveiled today at the Annual General Meeting of the Chamber membership. The new site provides an updated image and offers ease of use and functionality.

Ann O’Connell, Executive Director of the Bridgewater and Area Chamber of Commerce, commented:

The board members agreed that an updated website was essential. We were looking for functionality and flexibility and we feel that we have achieved both with our new site. The Board appreciates the contributions made by Jay Richards, Bob Richards, Craig Collins, and Cy Mayo who worked on the committee formed to define the needs for the site. We would also like to thank the chamber members who submitted proposals for the redesign of the site. It was a difficult decision choosing the site designer. Arina Winkelman, the successful candidate, provided guidance and excellent suggestions for the process and helped us to achieve a site we can be proud of.

The pictures of “old Bridgewater” were provided by Jerry and Pam Porodo from the collection of photos in the Bridgewater room at the Fairview Inn. Thank you for sharing these pieces of history with our website visitors.
