As we await the arrival of Christmas, we are reminded of the delight and aroma of the Christmas turkey roasting in the oven. Remember as a child the awe of seeing that big golden brown turkey as your mother removed it from the oven. I'm sure your mouth just watered as the knife slid through that first slice. Oh.what wonderful memories!

This year many in our community won't be able to afford the cost of Christmas dinner. Some children may never get the chance to capture the wonderful moments that we take for granted.

The need for this type of support never ends. In fact, this year the number of families registered for assistance has grown approximately 25%.
With your support, we are hoping to provide Christmas dinner for at least 140 families. Once again, we are asking you to consider giving a turkey this year as you plan for the holiday. This is an opportunity to give in a way that will warm your heart and touch the lives of many; especially the children.

Please drop off your turkey(s) at our store in the Bridgewater Plaza before December 21st. With the help of the Salvation Army, turkeys will be distributed in time for Christmas to local families in need.
